Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator

Mustang Cat is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Accounting team.

Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Mustang Cat's weekly AP check run
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
• Review invoices for proper coding and approval
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Process employee expense reimbursements
• Set up new vendors in AP system
• Filling W-9 requests
• Account reconciliations
  
  

Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator Requirements:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• Solid understanding of Accounting Principles
• Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, over the phone)
• High level of comfortability working with Excel and other computer programs
• Able to follow specific processes
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
