Administrative Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Front Desk Operations : Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Phone and Email Management : Answer and direct phone calls, manage the general email inbox, and relay messages promptly.
- Scheduling : Maintain calendars for conference rooms and leadership staff, coordinate meetings, and manage appointments.
- Administrative Support : Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Mail and Deliveries : Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Supplies Management : Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock.
- Office Coordination : Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Customer Service : Respond to inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team member.
