Bilingual Paralegal

Seeking a well-tenured personal injury paralegal who is Bilingual in Spanish!

Experience with auto, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall highly preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing case files, legal documents, and evidence.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts in both English and Spanish.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and filings to ensure compliance with court requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits and witness lists.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of case progress.
• Conduct client intake interviews and gather necessary information.
• Coordinate medical records requests and follow up on outstanding documents.
• Provide support during depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
