Content Marketing Specialist

- Contribute to the development and execution of a content marketing strategy that drives engagement and leads across digital channels
- Draft, edit and proofread short-form and long-form content for internal and external audiences, including podcasts, blogs, listicles, videos, case studies, social content and thought leadership articles
- Coordinate the adoption and use of AI tools to create content and efficiencies on the communications team
- Serve as editorial lead for marketing and general firm content on Searcy; maintaining an editorial calendar, generating story and campaign ideas, and writing and editing news items
- Curate content for firm's weekly Monday Morning Meeting
- Maintain and promote the use of the marketing style guide to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone and style across external and internal channels
- Assist in the development of select executive communications
