Payroll Administrator
A global organization is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage international employee payroll operations. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulatory standards, and seamless integration across financial and HR systems.
Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:
Process statutory payments, including pensions, sick pay, maternity pay, and tax contributions.
Maintain and audit payroll data, ensuring accuracy across financial, HR, and payroll systems.
Oversee payroll-related documentation for new hires and electronic record-keeping.
Assist in developing and optimizing compensation processes.
Support bank reconciliations for payroll and related accounts.
Calculate and reconcile monthly guaranteed payments, true-ups, and special payments.
Serve as an administrator and expert on payroll and internal financial systems.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Payroll Administrator Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 years of payroll experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Celergo.
Experience with international payroll, multiple currencies, and global benefits is a plus.
Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in multi-system integrations, advanced Excel skills, and data analysis.
Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines.
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
