Project and Sales Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a Project & Sales Operations Coordinator to manage project execution, sales operations, and client support across various specialized solutions. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills to ensure seamless delivery, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution for specialty mobile units, ensuring alignment with client specifications and delivery timelines.
- Conduct final inspections and in-service delivery walk-throughs with customers to address any last-minute concerns.
- Track project milestones, provide updates, and escalate potential roadblocks to leadership.
- Assist with new business opportunities by gathering requirements and supporting contract development.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking sales opportunities, order forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Provide technical specifications, pricing, and quotes to support the sales process.
- Support client relationship-building efforts by managing follow-ups and responding to sales inquiries.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide product details and pricing.
- Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Assist in managing the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final payment, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Prepare accurate quotes and configurations for specialty mobile units, aligning with customer needs.
- Support bid and RFP submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and streamline internal processes.
- Uphold company values while working with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, or administrative support, ideally in a healthcare or mobile solutions environment.
- Strong project management skills, including knowledge of best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
- Non-CDL DOT certification or willingness to obtain after hire.
- Reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance.
- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with project management software and CRM systems.
- Background in government or healthcare sales.
