Job Summary :
The Regulatory Staff ensures that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards relevant to its operations.This role involves preparing, submitting, and maintaining regulatory documents, liaising with regulatory agencies, and providing guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities : 1. Regulatory Compliance :
Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting the organization.Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.2. Documentation and Submissions :
Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents to authorities, such as licenses, permits, and certifications.Maintain accurate records of all regulatory submissions, approvals, and communications.3. Stakeholder Engagement :
Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies.Address inquiries and provide clarification to regulators regarding submissions or compliance issues.4. Internal Support
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, legal, operations) to ensure products and processes align with regulatory requirements.Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory and compliance matters.5. Risk Management :
Identify potential regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies.Support the organization during regulatory inspections or audits.Education :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., regulatory affairs, law, business administration, or industry-specific area like life sciences, engineering, etc.).Experience :
