Sales Assistant
Our client, located in Montgomery, TX is looking to add a Sales Assistant to their team. This position is full-time and in-office. They offer a competitive benefits package and a great working environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product information
- Identify new products in addition to the those currently offered
- Compile, revise and distribute order forms to sales reps
- Revise order guides with each major update
- Assist sales department by sending out needed information to the sales team daily
- Assist sales department with weekly sales data analysis and reporting especially when accompanying business reviews and sales presentations
- Assist in project coordination using various Microsoft Office programs : Word Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint as well as use of Canva, Zoom and webcast presentations for internal and external meetings
- Support the sales department with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics
- Support the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with ability to coordinate and compromise with sales team & department
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in the work environment
- Ability to work under and meet strict deadlines
