A reputable civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced and driven Associate Attorney with a background in Insurance Defense to join their team. Location : Kingwood, TX

Schedule : Hybrid (after 1-2 months onboarding)

Salary : $95,000to $130,000 highercompensation is available commensurate with experience.

Payment for state and federal bar dues, Continuing Legal Education (CLE), and client development.

KeyResponsibilities :

Handle a variety of insurance defense cases, including but not limited to civil litigation matters.

Develop and manage client relationships, with immediate opportunities to earn a percentage of profits from your clients.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and participate in case strategy and execution.

Meet performance-related benchmarks leading to potential shareholder status.

Attend court hearings, depositions, and trial preparation as needed.

Work towards continual professional development and learning.

Qualifications :

2 to 3 years of Insurance Defense experience.

Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to client service.

A willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.

Law school performance is valued, but dedication, diligence, and hard work are equally important.
