Do you have experience working in a fast-paced office with a high volume of incoming calls? Do you have superior customer service skills? Our client is growing and needs a remote Legal Intake Specialist to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This position will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring a positive experience for their members. If you have office experience, fast and accurate keyboarding skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, then our client needs to speak with you!
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior office experience is required
- Some knowledge of LegalShield Partner, 8x8, Microsoft Outlook etc. is preferred
- Fast and accurate keyboarding and computer skills is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- After training, potential to work remote but MUST live in North Texas and possess own computer equipment
Hours : Monday – Friday 8 : 15 am – 5 : 00 pm
Benefits :
Pay Rate : $12.50 / hr.
