Now hiring a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas! In this role, you’ll handle critical administrative tasks such as processing and verifying documents, ensuring accuracy and signatures, and moving them through the appropriate channels. You’ll also manage light phone calls, and email correspondence with clients, and assist with inquiries like verifying wire transfers.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DocuSign
- Willingness to learn CRM software
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with financial advisors and high-net-worth individuals
- A proven track record of steady employment
- Ability to travel occasionally for training, company events, or industry conferences (expenses paid)
Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am – 4 : 30pm
Benefits :
Pay Rate : $24- $31.25 / hourly
