If you have a solid background in automotive mechanics, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a skilled Warranty Technician in the Carrollton, TX area to take charge of managing warranty claims and providing expert technical support. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you'll open claims, diagnose engine and transmission issues, and ensure detailed documentation is maintained. If you are also proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine!

Requirements :

  • Recent mechanical and automotive experience
  • Customer service skills

Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM- 5 : 00 PM
