\Key Responsibilities
\The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and executing investments up and down the capital structure, which may include relevant cash flow modeling, term sheet negotiation and enterprise valuation tasks. They will work closely with our investment team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, and develop and implement strategies for maximizing returns.
\Requirements
\The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of buy-side analyst experience with significant sales/origination and buy/sell recommendations at a private or public fund. They must be hard-working, self-motivated, eager to engage with customers and ready for a high-pressure environment. A demonstrated track record of successfully evaluating and executing private equity and/or debt investments is a must. Investment banking experience is desired, and willingness to also provide investment banking services is required.
