- Ability to discuss all levels of repairs to the customer confidently
- Ability to perform all levels of Warranty administration for the customer accurately
- Ability to manage a team of assigned technicians and their tasks
- Ability to impressively adapt and overcome repair work deadline obstacles
- Create a streamline customer experience using displayed leadership qualities
- Create a personal customer base and industry leading retention through world class practices
- Must pass a MVR and background check and drug screen prior to employment
