Qualifications And Educational Requirements

• Prior automotive experience a plus
• Candidates must have a stable work history
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience
• Ability to discuss all levels of repairs to the customer confidently
• Ability to perform all levels of Warranty administration for the customer accurately
• Ability to manage a team of assigned technicians and their tasks
• Ability to impressively adapt and overcome repair work deadline obstacles
• Create a streamline customer experience using displayed leadership qualities
• Create a personal customer base and industry leading retention through world class practices
• Must pass a MVR and background check and drug screen prior to employment
