Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process accounting transactions for automotive sales
- Review and verify accuracy of cost and pricing data
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely billing and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records of billing transactions
- Calculate and verify salesmans commission / pay
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of corresponding accounting schedules
- Ensure timely payment of trade-in vehicle loans
- Other accounting duties as necessary
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to costing and billing
