We are seeking an experienced strong Customer Service Representative with Collision experience.

This position requires multitasking, strong people skills and a desire to help customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or live chat. The successful candidate will be responsible for using his/her knowledge of our products to provide accurate, up-to-date information and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide service to clients, customers, and company employees in a friendly, prompt, and efficient manner.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and solve their problems.
- Control the flow of customer transactions.
- Convey a positive image of the company.
- Answer questions and provide support to customers.
- Handle complaints and solve problems quickly.
- Welcome new customers and handle all transactions efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
