Burns Engineering is a leading manufacturer of temperature solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products globally. As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of our Business Management System (BMS), aligned with ISO-9001:2015.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating and facilitating actions to ensure BMS effectiveness and compliance, leading process improvements across functional areas, implementing inspection methods, and providing guidance to inspectors.
You will also be responsible for monitoring inspection activities, conducting training on procedures, managing audit events, participating in supplier qualification processes, and managing the RMA process for quality-related issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business and/or engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a quality role at an ISO-9001 manufacturing organization.
Proven knowledge of ISO-9001 and ISO-17025 standards, as well as experience preparing and coordinating internal audits and external audits, are essential requirements.
