Apartment Lead Turnover Technician
A Lead Turnover Technician is needed at Burns Management. Responsible for all aspects related to making ready a vacant apartment and turning it over to a new resident, as well as the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking lots. Support the maintenance and cleanliness of building hallways and common areas, such as the laundry/trash rooms daily.

Apartment Lead Turnover Technician
A Lead Turnover Technician is needed at Burns Management. Responsible for all aspects related to making ready a vacant apartment and turning it over to a new resident, as well as the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking lots. Support the maintenance and cleanliness of building hallways and common areas, such as the laundry/trash rooms daily.
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Hourly Payrate is $22.00 to $23.00 an hour, depending upon experience.
- Bonus opportunity of $2,750 annually
- Supplemental on call and overtime pay guaranteed.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Complete unit turnover painting including wall and ceiling prep and repairs
- Assist in the supervision and training of Turnover Technicians and supporting them through the planning and set up of apartment make readies.
- Support turnover cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, bedrooms, and closets
- Coordinate outsourced contractor services and provide proper tools and support to turnover team to complete apartment make readies where needed.
- Assist in housekeeping/janitorial work.
- Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Foreman so that he/she is informed of possible problems and needs for assistance, safety concerns, etc. Inform foreman of need for additional maintenance, when applicable, in any areas where work orders or apartment turnovers are being performed.
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance functions and assist in the supervision of contract services.
- Assist directly in the turnover process to ensure that all phases of unit preparation are completed in a timely, efficient manner.
- Support the required on-call rotation & overtime as needed
- Assist in the supervision of a clean organized shop, purchasing and inventory control, tool maintenance, and implementation of safety and security procedures.
- Carry out all duties assigned by supervisor(s) in carrying out the day-to-day responsibilities of managing and maintaining a multi-family property.
Essential Job Functions:
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and climb stairs and ladders easily.
- Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

- Participate in training to comply with new or existing laws.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant field is highly preferred.
- Neat, clean, professional throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.

- Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem.
