Job Description
The Customer Relations Mail Clerk will be responsible for the processing and delivery of inbound and outbound mail within Mortgage Servicing.
Responsibilities include :
- Receive incoming mail including USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
- Sort incoming mail
- Identify mail to corresponding loan number in servicing system
- Scans, uploads, and distributes mail through internal program directly to individuals or departments as addressed
- Identifies documents received and forwards to proper departments
- Separate mail and deliver to appropriate staff within Mortgage Servicing
- Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Report any issues related to mail or scanning to management
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
