About the role

Floodbase is looking for a Commercial Director to lead our commercial expansion in the US.

This is a key role responsible for leveraging Floodbase’s cutting-edge technology to create unique re / insurance solutions for private and public sector clients, as well as an opportunity to join a growing company and build out your own team and distribution strategy in an emerging and exciting marketplace.

Here’s what you’ll do :

• Lead Floodbase’s expansion in the US - you will have P&L ownership of our US product and be responsible for identification and conversion of new business opportunities.
• Manage Floodbase’s US network of brokers, agents and other distribution partners.
• Set the commercial strategy including pricing and launching of new products and programs.
• Represent Floodbase externally at Broker, Client and Industry meetings & events (position will entail travel activities, including overnight stays).
