This role will provide critical support to the firm's immigration practice through the preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration applications and petitions, and will provide mentorship to other case specialists / support for business process efficiency. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
- Prepare immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, manage labor certification cases, adjust status applications, and handle employment-based immigration cases for clients in a variety of industries.
- Compile and analyze complex case facts and documents, and prepare reports and other relevant immigration documents.
- Maintain and manage case files including tracking of cases, determining related deadlines, and responding to status inquiries.
- Communicate extensively with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and government agencies.
- Draft immigration correspondence, including support letters and other key documents, for attorney review.
- Support attorneys in providing training and mentorship to support staff, and in developing workflows and procedures for preparing and monitoring cases.
- Perform other responsibilities as necessary to deliver bottom-line results and exceptional client service.
