Job Description:
Location: Springfield, Missouri
Department: Rapid Access Unit
Employment Type: Part-time

- Provide direct and supportive care to clients/patients, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Facilitate group education/structured activities, promoting positive social interaction and role-modeling solution-focused approaches.
- Communicate effectively with the established treatment team, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuity of care.
- Monitor client/patient behavior, documenting observations and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with admission/orientation process, ensuring clients/patients understand program expectations and rules.
- High School education OR equivalent and two (2) years responsible employment
- Experience in Human Services or related field preferred
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Valid Driver’s license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients/patients, employees, and community contacts
- Basic key-boarding skills and ability to navigate/enter notes within electronic medical record
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods
