CLIENT ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE
CARROLLTON
The Client Access Representative is responsible for receptionist and clerical duties in our clinic and will schedule clients, collect payment, and maintain current and updated client paperwork. The Client Access Representative is the face of the organization for all visitors and is responsible for the first impression we make.
Job Duties:
Provide excellent customer service to all clients, staff and leadership team
Represent BBH in a professional, collaborative and relevant manner
Schedule/reschedule client appointments
Client Intake paperwork
Collect client cost share for appointment
Work with provider on provider cancellation lists
Maintain and update provider cancellation lists
Correctly fill out daily deposit logs
Scan documents to the chart
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Ability to work with computers
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
