As a Client Financial Services Representative, you'll hold a key role in posting and reconciling client and insurance payments. Experience in Cash Posting or Accounts Receivables is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in posting payments and reconciling accounts.
- Data Entry: Proficiency in entering financial data quickly and accurately.
- Customer Service: Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts.
- Communication Skills: Clearly communicating with team members and other departments.
- Proficiency with Accounting Software: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience or knowledge of insurance billing/collection practices, required
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Knowledge of EFTs, EOBs and basic understanding of medical and insurance terminology, required
