Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-person support for IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting
Set up, configure, and install new computers, peripherals, and software applications
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with desktop/laptop computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal IT asset performance
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and track asset lifecycle updates
Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and procedures
Collaborate with IT team members to address complex technical issues and streamline processes
Assist in staff training on IT equipment and software use
Document technical issues and solutions for reference and training
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PC technician or in a similar IT support role
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
Familiarity with IT asset management practices and tools
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Valid driver’s license (required for travel between sites as needed)

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
