- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow brand awareness, build community trust, and educate the public on mental health and healthcare resources.
- Collaborate with regional operational leadership and marketing colleagues to develop and execute regional strategies.
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
- Foster relationships with regional leaders, team members, and community partners.
- Represent the organization at events, including speaking engagements, professional conferences, or trade shows.
- Oversee marketing relationships with external parties and contracts with strategic business partners.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
- 4 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to participate in some regional travel (approximately 25%) required.
- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
