The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating multifaceted marketing strategies that bolster Haven’s reputation as a leader in home health, hospice, and home care services. This individual will drive both company growth and the recruitment of top-tier clinical and support staff. By building strong relationships with major referral sources—including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations—the Marketing Manager ensures a consistent flow of new clients and fosters brand loyalty. What You’ll Do:
✔Leadership and Team Management - Recruit, train, mentor and retain a high-performing marketing team, encouraging a culture of collaboration and innovation.
✔ Vendor and contract management to ensure all deliverables align with Haven's mission and standards
✔ Home Health, Hospice and Home Care Strategic Planning and Growth - develop integrated marking strategies that highlight Haven's unique differentiators, including specialized care programs, compassionate staff, and outcome-driven services.
✔ Recruitment Marketing - Partner with Human Resources to design targeted campaigns to attract qualified clinicians and professionals.
✔Digital Presence and Web Strategy - Direct the content and design teams to create compelling, user-friendly websites that educate potential candidates and clients about Haven's services and culture.
✔ Reporting and Analytics - Collect and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize success
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is a plus.
Minimum 4 years' of progressive marketing experience, at least 2 of which in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Certifications in healthcare or marketing areas (i.e. CHC, PCM, Google Analytics) is a plus.
Healthcare Marketing Expertise - Deep understanding of home health, hospice, and home care services
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strategic mindset with a proven track record of developing targeted growth strategies and outreach plans in a highly-competitive healthcare market.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Tech & AI Proficiency - Familiarity with modern marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and AI-driven solutions that streamline campaign execution and performance tracking.
