The Global People Operations Partner plays a critical role in supporting HR operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing project coordination support to the Global People Operations Team.
This role serves as a key partner in maintaining people data integrity, supporting compliance initiatives, and driving project coordination efforts. What You’ll Do
HR Operations & Data Management
- Assist in managing and maintaining WWHQ employee data while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update organizational charts and employee data processes, including M&A transitions.
- Assist in compiling and distributing the People Team Monthly Roster Report.
- Support the creation of assets and documentation for shared service models.
- Conduct basic data validation and assist in troubleshooting data errors.
- Assist in workflow design and process mapping using tools like Visio.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather, synthesize, and analyze global HR processes.
- Oversee JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in governance initiatives related to job architecture and global HR policies.
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Act as a point of contact for routine people operations inquiries from global and regional HR teams.
- Provide project coordination support to multiple People work streams including scheduling, creating and maintaining project plans, and crafting recap communications.
- Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Maintain project notes and ensure timely communication to project teams.
- Provide progress reports on the status of project milestones as required.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, or administrative HR support.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic proficiency in HR reporting and process documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with workflow tools like Visio, and project management tools like Asana .
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
