As we continue our growth globally, we are looking for a HR Administration/ HR Coordinator to join our People Operations team in Schaumberg, Chicago.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an International HR team, supporting our employees across the Americas region. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and committed to delivering the best results.
Within this role you will be managing People requests coming through various channels, assisting with background activities for on and offboarding and drawing up contract requests just to name a few activities.
To be a successful People Operations Specialist at Wisetech you will have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a HR/People operations role
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Great interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business
- Experience across Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

The posted salary range is a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate of what WiseTech Global ("Company") could reasonably expect to pay for this position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs. The Company reserves the right to modify this range in the future, as needed, as market conditions change.
The salary for this position ranges USD 55k-65k base 10% equity, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes equity.
