VICE PRESIDENT, HEALTH PAID MEDIA

THE ROLE :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Vice President of Paid Media to lead a significant and diverse portfolio of accounts. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, data-driven paid media strategies across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on social media, for a dedicated group of clients. This role also includes responsibility for revenue management and growth within the assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape, a proven track record of success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns, exceptional client relationship management skills, a drive for process improvement and specific experience within the pharmaceutical industry. This position reports to the SVP, Paid Media.
THE WORK :
- Portfolio Management : Lead and oversee a portfolio of key client accounts, developing and implementing tailored paid media strategies that align with their unique business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and proactive communication. Lead client presentations, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Revenue Management : Oversee revenue generation and growth within the assigned portfolio, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and developing strategies to increase client retention and lifetime value. This includes accurate forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account management, digital and content creation, creative, media planners, buyers, and analysts, to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimal performance.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across the assigned portfolio, ensuring efficient budget allocation, performance optimization, and meticulous tracking and reporting.
- Social Media Expertise : Possess deep expertise in paid social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including campaign planning, audience targeting, influencer programs, and performance analysis, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Innovation & Best Practices : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new platforms and tactics to drive client success. Share best practices and contribute to the overall growth and development of the paid media team.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting : Analyze campaign performance data, identify key insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize ROI and achieve client goals. Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage paid media budgets for the assigned portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Process Articulation & Refinement : Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes related to paid media campaign management, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Clearly articulate and document processes for the team.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
