Vice President - Health & Wellness

HCM is seeking a rockstar Vice President of PR, Health & Wellness to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this individual will oversee client strategy, team development, and agency operations while driving growth and innovation in our service offerings. As a Vice President, you will be instrumental in shaping the agency's future by mentoring our team, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, ensuring strategic alignment across client accounts and agency objectives.
• Client Relations: Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring best-in-class service and delivering high-impact PR results.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching and onboarding high-value clients.
• Media & Influencer Relations: Leverage deep media connections to secure Tier 1 placements, develop innovative affiliate strategies, and expand our media network.
• Team Development: Implement processes to enhance team performance, growth, and satisfaction, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Agency Operations: Work closely with the CEO and COO to optimize agency workflows, revenue models, and operational efficiencies.
• Industry Trends & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging PR trends, media landscape shifts, and affiliate marketing developments, integrating them into our offerings.

• 10 years of experience in public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact media placements and executing successful PR campaigns.
• Strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and influencers, particularly in the lifestyle, women’s health, and consumer sectors.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams, putting processes in place, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Expertise in affiliate marketing and performance-driven PR strategies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and business development skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive agency growth and innovation.
