About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Wellness and Nutrition Leadership to spearhead the creation and execution of groundbreaking programs that resonate with our vision for health and sustainability. In this influential role, you will drive the strategic agenda for wellness, sports nutrition, sustainability initiatives, and educational outreach, while leading a dedicated team committed to these causes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in nutrition or a related discipline, be a credentialed Registered Dietitian licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board, and bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in the food service sector, particularly within the K-12 arena. A strong foundation in performance nutrition and professional CSSD certification will be essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide thought leadership in wellness and nutrition.
• Manage partnerships to support and enhance our initiatives.
• Oversee the integrity of wellness programming through regular site visits and adherence to relevant policies.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and engage in large group public speaking and training.
• Lead efforts in managing food allergen and dietary restriction programs.
