What You’ll Do
As a Customer Advisor at Burt Brothers, you will be a critical link between our customers and our store teams, creating lasting impressions through excellent customer care. You will:
- Serve as the first point of contact, delivering prompt, professional, and welcoming service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, schedule appointments, route calls appropriately, and ensure accurate communication of customer needs to store teams.
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads and scheduling appointments to support store sales goals.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, pricing, and lead times to provide accurate and timely assistance to customers.
- Support general administrative functions such as filing, scanning, mail management, and various project-related tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Track and report on customer interactions and progress toward sales goals, identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or related experience (1–3 years preferred); call center experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and sales practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive, outgoing personality, ready to provide friendly and professional customer interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with comfort using computers for daily tasks.
- A team-oriented mindset, eager to contribute positively to our collaborative environment.
