As we continue expanding, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Customer Advisor to guide our customer support team and ensure we consistently deliver service excellence.

What You’ll Do
As Lead Customer Advisor at Burt Brothers, you will directly shape customer experiences and team performance. You will:
- Lead the Customer Advisor team, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members to deliver exceptional sales and customer support.
- Monitor and manage team productivity, providing regular feedback and targeted training to uphold our high standards.
- Create efficient team schedules using data-driven insights to ensure optimal service coverage during business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus occasional Saturdays).
- Address and resolve workflow challenges, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they stay informed about procedures, products, promotions, and company updates.
- Measure and analyze team performance against company goals, implementing improvements to continuously enhance service and results.
- Participate directly in customer interactions, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, generating leads, and modeling exceptional customer service.
- Oversee general administrative duties, including office management tasks like filing, scanning, and mail management.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of related experience, ideally in a call center or customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity in all interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer service best practices.
- Comfortable with technology, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online reporting tools.
- A track record of personal success and the ability to motivate others to reach their full potential.
