Job Description: Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Professional
Reports to: BDC Manager
Job Classification: Full Time
Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 7:30 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am-6:00 pm Fridays. Saturday hours are 8:00 am-3:00 pm with schedule being every other Saturday. Position is scheduled 40 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate.
Compensation: Commiserate with experience. We offer a very competitive base pay with commission scale.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales, service, and body shop leads and general questions
- Make outbound phone calls for GM Manifest lists
- Complete equity mining in the CRM for prospects
- Make outbound phone calls to prior day’s sales and service visits
- Check leads that need further engagement
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life
- Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and referrals
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management
