Key Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Conduct process mapping and thorough analysis to pinpoint obstacles and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement optimized processes leveraging RPA, OCR, AI/ML, and other automation technologies .
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes using KPIs and impact metrics .
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Implementation:
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed process changes.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
- Documentation & Governance:
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams .
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement and automation.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required .
- Minimum three years of experience in business process analysis.
- Experience in an Agile software development environment preferred .
- Six Sigma Certification required; training in business process modeling preferred .
- Experience with RPA, OCR, and AI/ML automation tools .
- Technical & Specialized Knowledge:
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Tempo).
- Understanding of software development processes and Agile Scrum/Kanban frameworks .
- Experience with system architecture and network diagrams .
- Strong project management knowledge and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and optimize complex, cross-functional systems .
- Expertise in process evaluation, modification, implementation, and optimization .

- Travel: Less than 5% required.
- Work Environment: General office setting, requiring long periods of sitting or standing .
