Key Responsibilities
- Analytics Leadership: Build influential relationships across the organization and partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to solve complex problems and provide analytical support to drive meaningful change.
- Technology and Insights: Utilize cutting-edge technology to build scalable reporting capabilities and develop a multi-year roadmap for the evolution of Talent Acquisition analytics.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure analytics provide actionable insights into key metrics such as % to goal, pipeline health and velocity, time-to-fill, requisition inventory, and per-resource productivity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with business partners across Recruiting Strategy and Enablement, Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, and Workforce Planning to achieve Talent Acquisition objectives.
- Team Development: Establish a customer-centric, no-limits culture, fostering collaboration and innovation across all team members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 8 years of progressive business experience, including 3 years in people analytics.
- 5 years of experience managing people leaders.
- Skills:
- Expertise in storytelling with data to influence executive-level clients and drive organizational change.
- Experience developing scalable solutions in a global matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other standard reporting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Other: Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change.
- Proven ability to own and deliver high-quality projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience leveraging analytics to support global business operations.
- Competitive Salary: $116,000–$164,220 annually, with opportunities for bonuses or uncapped sales incentives.
