Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Streamline and optimize end-to-end candidate and associate lifecycle processes, from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding.
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure seamless, efficient workflows that enhance the candidate and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance productivity and retention.
- Provide regular updates and reports on process performance and improvement efforts to leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with HR IT, PMO, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of lifecycle processes.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across teams.
- Foster collaboration and ensure clear communication to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive SOPs for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management, HR operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Technical Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights.
- Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, HR ServiceNow, or similar HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
