We are seeking two skilled Machine Operators to perform complex machining and fitting in support of our expanding Wideband Department. Come join our great team of dedicated employees and grow with us!

How You Can Add Value

• May use welding machine to join bandsaw joints
• May utilize machine or hammers to shape bandsaws
• Use calipers and micrometers
• Understand fractions and decimals
• Read industrial knife blueprints
• Forklift Certified (or able to become certified)
• Load and unload steel or bandsaws
• Changing tooling or other machine parts
• General cleaning of machines and area
• Work with a high sense of urgency
• Wear all required PPE
• Active participation in Lean training and events as requested
• Must cross-train to other positions as requested
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Able to work with people to troubleshoot problems
• Able to schedule daily work requirements unsupervised to meet customer demands
• Work with a technician to troubleshoot minor machine problems
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Must be able to do basic math
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
