Join our team as an Accounting Analyst and support the Finance team in managing operations across multiple countries. You’ll oversee payments, ensure compliance with local regulations, conduct financial analysis, and contribute to fraud prevention while coordinating with internal teams and external accounting firms.
The role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by managing payments, bank transactions, and financial analyses, among other tasks. Experience with markets outside of Chile is an asset, and a strong willingness to learn is a must. If you have an accounting background and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
Payments & Transactions
- Process payments to bus operators and suppliers (accountants, lawyers, and service providers).
- Register and manage payments to operators and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Record and oversee all bank transactions to maintain organized financial records.
Financial Analysis & Compliance
- Verify deposits from different payment methods, track fees, and review bank transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Manage invoicing for Busbud's operations in Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Mexico.
- Assist in the presentation of monthly financial reports from NetSuite.
- Reconcile payment methods and banks, ensuring the necessary cash for operations.
- Review bus operator contracts and checklists.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations for bus operators.
Fraud & Risk Management
- Investigate and respond to fraud-related cases involving various payment methods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
External Accounting Support
- Work closely with external accounting firms, providing financial documentation and support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Accounting
- 3 years of corporate experience in accounting & finance required
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required (level B2 or higher)
- LATAM accounting experience is an asset
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Serás responsable de la gestión de pagos, el cumplimiento de regulaciones locales, el análisis financiero y la prevención de fraudes, mientras coordinas con equipos internos y firmas contables externas.
El rol
En esta posición, desempeñarás un papel clave apoyando al equipo de Finanzas en la gestión de pagos, movimientos bancarios y análisis financieros, entre otras tareas. La experiencia en mercados fuera de Chile es un plus, y tener una gran disposición para aprender es fundamental. Principales responsabilidades
Pagos y transacciones
- Procesar pagos a operadores de buses y proveedores (contadores, abogados y otros servicios).
- Registrar y gestionar pagos a operadores y proveedores, garantizando precisión y puntualidad.
- Registrar y supervisar todas las actividades bancarias para mantener registros financieros organizados.
Análisis financiero y cumplimiento
- Verificar depósitos de diferentes métodos de pago, rastrear comisiones y revisar transacciones bancarias para garantizar su precisión.
- Gestionar la facturación para las operaciones de Busbud en Argentina, Chile, Perú y México.
- Apoyar en la presentación de reportes financieros mensuales desde NetSuite.
- Conciliar los medios de pago y banco asegurando el cash necesario para las operaciones.
- Revisar los contratos y checklist de los operadores de buses.
- Preparar conciliaciones semanalas y mensuales de los operadores de buses.
Gestión de fraude y riesgos
- Investigar y responder a casos de fraude relacionados con diferentes métodos de pago.
- Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar operaciones financieras fluidas.
Soporte contable externo
- Trabajar en conjunto con firmas contables externas, proporcionando documentación financiera y soporte necesario.
Requisitos y habilidades
- Título en Contabilidad
- Manejo de NetSuite o sistemas ERP similares
- Tener experiencia contable en LATAM es un plus.
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas
- Habilidad para colaborar con equipos multifuncionales en un entorno remoto
Fuertes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente - Se requieren 3 años de experiencia corporativa en contabilidad y finanzas
- Se requiere dominio del inglés (tanto escrito como hablado) Nivel B2 y más.
