Role Overview:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to focus on proactively identifying and engaging Electrical and Mechanical Engineering talent. This role will play a critical part in building and maintaining a pipeline of top engineering candidates for our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top Electrical and Mechanical Engineering talent through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, engineering forums, and networking events.
- Utilize advanced Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and other sourcing techniques to find and attract passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key engineering roles to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Track and manage candidate engagement in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate sourcing data.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and engineering recruitment.
- 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in engineering or technical industries.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, Boolean search techniques, and talent mapping.
- Experience sourcing for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEz, or similar.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with passive candidates.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
