Role Overview :

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to focus on proactively identifying and engaging Electrical and Mechanical Engineering talent. This role will play a critical part in building and maintaining a pipeline of top engineering candidates for our growing company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively source, identify, and engage top Electrical and Mechanical Engineering talent through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, engineering forums, and networking events.
• Utilize advanced Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and other sourcing techniques to find and attract passive candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key engineering roles to support current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
• Track and manage candidate engagement in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate sourcing data.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and engineering recruitment.
