Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Management:
- Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents
- Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures.
- Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries.
- Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases.
- Multi-Tasking:
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficiently navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone.
- Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly.
- Document Management:
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards.
- Organize and update client information, ensuring accessibility for legal professionals
- Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus
- Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor
- Language: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
