Position Overview
Are you a creative and detail-oriented professional looking to grow your marketing career? Bush Truck Leasing is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, providing essential support to help execute strategies that drive business success. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of Bush Truck Leasings services, brand philosophy, and messaging to ensure marketing materials are cohesive and impactful.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content for corporate pages.
  • Help execute email campaigns, including content development and performance reporting.
  • Implement SEO strategies, manage website content, and use Google Analytics to optimize performance.
  • Support CRM administration and marketing efforts in HubSpot.
• Event and Trade Show Coordination: Plan and coordinate trade shows, manage timelines, order promotional items, and prepare materials.
• Administrative Support:
  • Organize and maintain marketing storage areas, branded items, and promotional materials.
  • Manage business card orders and maintain an updated filing structure in SharePoint for key business resources.
  • Update lobby welcome signs for client visits and refresh content regularly.
• Creative Contributions: Use tools like Adobe Suite and Canva to develop engaging materials that enhance our marketing efforts.
• Collaboration & Growth: Demonstrate a commitment to learning, respond well to feedback, and show creativity and flexibility in fulfilling job duties.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Preferred experience with CRM tools (HubSpot), WordPress, and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license required.
