Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role located in Austin, TX. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, conducting document reviews, performing legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. Other responsibilities include managing case files, maintaining client communications, and supporting the litigation team with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Experience in Document Review and managing case files
- Proficiency in Legal Research to support case preparation
- Experience with drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education/experience is preferred
