Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Mason, OH! This role is an integral part of our sales process, supporting day-to-day operations to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.
What You'll Do
- Assist our Sales Account Managers in guiding customers from application to equipment delivery.
- Manage file underwriting and compliance using our leasing software and Microsoft Outlook.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate deliveries, provide customer updates, ensure insurance compliance, and more.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.
- Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping with precision.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in the leasing or rental transportation industry is a must.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Proficiency with personal computers and business applications.
