Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
- Engage in inside sales activities including cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Manage assigned territory to maximize sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.
- Do Sales Online, Like Facebook Lives, Sales on Instagram, Raffles on the websites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or related field with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective account management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in technology sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in territory management strategies and techniques.
