Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative Team:
- Connect with prospective customers, clearly explaining the benefits of our client's products and services while enrolling them in tailored offerings
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain accurate records of sales to ensure smooth installation and follow-up processes
- Educate customers about promotional packages and pricing to help them choose the best options, building trust and brand loyalty
- Address customer objections effectively using negotiation techniques learned through training to finalize sales
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by expanding product usage among existing accounts
- Participate in weekly team meetings to review progress, align with sales goals, and maintain compliance with client guidelines

Qualifications for the Customer Enrollment Representative Position:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required (must be 18 years or older)
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with sales teams to help achieve their objectives is preferred
- A Customer Enrollment Representative possesses a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
