Payroll Analyst

Description

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be a key member of our GSS HR payroll team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing for North America. Your analytical skills and payroll knowledge will be vital in maintaining compliance and enhancing our payroll operations. What You'll Do

In this role you will:

• Collaborate closely with various departments, including HR and Finance, to streamline payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
• Manage multiple tasks with precision and deliver accurate results on time
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll policies/procedures, and ensuring that they align with the latest regulations and best practices
  
  

This position will be located at our office in Houston, TX

Qualifications

What is Required

• 5 years hands on experience with payroll required
• Experience handling payroll for 600 employees ideal
• Possess a high degree of integrity as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Excel( Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible team player
• Exceptional customer service skills; ability to deliver high degree of client satisfaction
  
  

What Is Preferred

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance preferred;
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Canadian payroll experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting concurrent payroll for multiple legal entities preferred
• Strong knowledge of ADP products and services preferred
• Knowledge of Oracle products preferred
