As a Payroll Analyst, you will be a key member of our GSS HR payroll team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing for North America. - Collaborate closely with various departments, including HR and Finance, to streamline payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
- Manage multiple tasks with precision and deliver accurate results on time
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll policies/procedures, and ensuring that they align with the latest regulations and best practices

What Is Required
- 5 years hands on experience with payroll required
- Experience handling payroll for 600 employees ideal
- Possess a high degree of integrity as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Excel( Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible team player
- Exceptional customer service skills; ability to deliver high degree of client satisfaction
- BA/BS in Accounting/Finance preferred;
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Canadian payroll experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting concurrent payroll for multiple legal entities preferred
- Strong knowledge of ADP products and services preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle products preferred
